Let me provide some visuals to balance Lizz's excellent summary of yesterday.

Well actually, she didn't talk about the 20 mile bike ride Kim and I did ALL around the city we did yesterday. We visited no less than three parks (City, Cheesman, and Washington), did some project abs in one, ate carrots, rode by Cherry Creek, and were not tired at all until the final home stretch down Martin Luther King Blvd.

Here's Kim by some fountain in City Park. This was stop one on our bicycle tour of Denver.

Here are "The Dancers" outside of that building. I think it's the Wells Fargo Theatre. Wells Fargo is all OVER Denver, CO.

We came home from our bike ride to see these two practicing their target practice with Sean's new BB gun.

Here we are enjoying family dinner #2. Lizz and Sean made steak and salad and well Lizz told you what she made in the post immediately below.

I'll be Elyse right now and tell you what we're having for breakfast, Sean made us eggs with peppers and mushrooms with toast and cantaloupe. Shout out to Kathy and Steve Rauch - we're having corn for dinner (like Lizz said). I will give you a full report on the quality of Colorado corn. Maybe it's worth the 2000 mile drive??

Oh wait, Norm the homeowner just showed up and is telling us where to go around Denver. Oh wow, he's still here. Oh wow he can talk. Oh wow.
